DOTEL：板橋共享辦公室 現址為一經營50餘年、RC造四層樓染織工廠。近年來染織廠業務漸漸縮減，業主計畫將原有佔地近千坪的舊廠區進行三階段改造工程。目前完工部分為第一期的共享辦公空間+咖啡店，未來將陸續進行第二期的辦公空間與第三期飯店的翻新工程。

DOTEL: Banqiao Co-working Office The site is a four-story RC-structure dyeing and weaving factory in operation for over 50 years. As the factory's business has gradually declined in recent years, the owner planned a three-phase renovation of the former factory site, which covers nearly 1,000 ping. Phase one — a co-working space and café — is complete. Phase two, an office space, and phase three, a hotel renovation, will follow.

碎化形成的領域感 將「外來的承租者」轉化成「空間的擁有者」，進而產生與其他人合作的可能性，是本案最初面臨的挑戰。

A Sense of Territory Formed Through Fragmentation Turning the "outside tenant" into an "owner of the space," and from there opening the possibility of collaboration with others, was the project's initial challenge.

本案設計上透過「散布的群落」模糊工作與生活的交界、創造出有趣的交流空間。藉由群落間有機的內部街道和角落空間，讓類型相近的產業相聚彼此激盪，也讓不同領域的工作者不期而遇。

The design uses "scattered clusters" to blur the boundary between work and life, creating interesting spaces for exchange. Organic internal streets and corner spaces between the clusters bring similar industries together to spark exchange, while letting workers from different fields meet by chance.
